Kale Smoothie Ingredients: 2 cups non-dairy milk ½ cup baby spinach, washed 3 kale leaves, spine removed 1 frozen banana (or 2 tablespoons coconut sugar with a handful of ice) 4 tablespoons hemp seeds 4 tablespoons goji berries 1 tablespoon chia 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Kale Smoothie Directions: In a blender, puree all ingredients on high until creamy.
