    Kale Smoothie RecipeThis smoothie has lots of natural raw uber-elements in it with great greens, anti-oxidants, high EFA’s, whole protein, and lots of energy! You’ll want to be surfing up a storm after this one.


    Kale Smoothie Ingredients:

    • 2 cups non-dairy milk
    • ½ cup baby spinach, washed
    • 3 kale leaves, spine removed
    • 1 frozen banana (or 2 tablespoons coconut sugar with a handful of ice)
    • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
    • 4 tablespoons goji berries
    • 1 tablespoon chia
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Kale Smoothie Directions:

    1. In a blender, puree all ingredients on high until creamy.
    2. Serve immediately. 
    3. Makes 2 servings.
