Kale Smoothie
This smoothie has lots of natural raw uber-elements in it with great greens, anti-oxidants, high EFA’s, whole protein, and lots of energy! You’ll want to be surfing up a storm after this one.
Kale Smoothie Ingredients:
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- ½ cup baby spinach, washed
- 3 kale leaves, spine removed
- 1 frozen banana (or 2 tablespoons coconut sugar with a handful of ice)
- 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 4 tablespoons goji berries
- 1 tablespoon chia
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Kale Smoothie Directions:
- In a blender, puree all ingredients on high until creamy.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 2 servings.
