Raspberry Matcha Salad
This raspberry matcha fruit salad recipe is a delicious treat that combines the tart raspberry flavor with the earthy green tea flavor of matcha. This recipe is loaded with anti-oxidants, easy to make a refreshing summer salad.
Raspberry Matcha Salad Ingredients:
Raspberry Salad:
· Pint of raspberries (don’t use overly ripe ones)
· Large mint leaves, finely minced
· tablespoon hemp seeds
· ½ tablespoon cacao nibs

Matcha Salad Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 3 teaspoons matcha green tea powder
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla
- ⅛ teaspoon rock salt
Raspberry Matcha Salad Directions:
1. Place berries, mint, hemp seeds and cacao nibs in a small bowl.
2. In a separate bowl whisk together all other ingredients. Once fully mixed, drizzle over raspberries. Serve chilled.
