Caesar Salad

Caesar's Palace Salad

This dressing is so creamy tasting that no one will believe that there is no dairy in it. A new healthy take on an old classic makes this salad guilt and dairy free.

Caesar Ingredients:

Caesar Salad:

4 cups romaine lettuce, spines removed washed, dried and torn
Caesar Dressing:
¼ cup water
3 tablespoons Delores hemp seeds
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
¼ teaspoon white pepper

Caesar Directions:

In a food processor blend all dressing ingredients until smooth. Add water if need to thin. In a salad bowl, add washed and dried lettuce and mix in dressing.
Serve with gluten free croutons. Makes 4 cups.
