Vegan Better Brownie Recipe
Vegan Brownie Recipe:
This brownie does not get much better. Rich in anti-oxidants, protein, vitamins and minerals, this is a heart healthy treat with no regrets!
Wet Ingredients:- 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup Delores hemp seeds
- 3 tablespoon cacao nibs
- ½ cup oat flour
- ⅓ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon rock salt
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Lightly grease a 7x11 (or 9x9) glass pan with coconut oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together all WET ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix DRY ingredients: coconut sugar, hemp hearts, and cacao nibs; then sift in: oat flour, coconut flour, cacao powder, baking soda and salt.
- In dry mix bowl, make a center and slowly mix in the wet ingredients.
- Evenly spoon batter in to greased pan.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool in pan before frosting or cutting.
