Banana Dip
I love to serve dips and they instantly create a communal, shared experience. Unlike traditional dips high in bad fats, this is rich in protein, vitamins and essential fatty acids.
Banana Dip Ingredients:
- 1 C roasted hemp seeds
- 1/4 C non dairy milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp dried ginger
- pinch of nutmeg
Banana Dip Directions:
Blend first three ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve with pieces of different types of fresh fruit.
