These tricep exercises tone your arms, shoulders & core, and take only 60 SECONDS.
Instructions: Bend forward slightly in the standing position so your body is 45 degrees to the ground. Engage your core and maintain your head, and back in a straight line. This will target your triceps for a focused work-out.
