Back Extensions on Stability Ball
This workout will alleviate back pain, strengthen your upper back & neck and takes only 60 SECONDS.
Instructions: Extend yourself facedown over a stability ball with toes planted firmly on the ground for balance. Start with both hands making a hugging shape around the ball and gently stretch your arms back and above you. Repeat this motion slowly and gently.
