Cilantro Avocado Dip
Vegan Cilantro Avocado Dip Recipe
This vegan avocado dip has a lively taste and is even better when combined with whole grain tortilla chips or slices of whole grain pita. The cilantro is chock full of chlorophyll and fiber and is a good source of iron, magnesium, and mangles. The avocado and hemp seeds provide rich good fats.
Avocado Dip Recipe:

1 cup roasted hemp seeds

1/4 cup brown rice milk

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup lime juice

1 small clove garlic

1 tsp chili powder

1 plum tomato diced with seeds removed

1 ripe and diced avocado

1/ tsp sea salt (optional)

1 dash of hot sauce (optional)

1/2 cup vegan shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Avocado Dip Instructions:
Blend first three ingredients in food processor until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
